Shipping policy

As the customer, please make sure the shipping address, credit card information, billing address, name and items ordered are CORRECT before completing check out. We WILL NOT REFUND items shipped to the wrong shipping address.

If the order gets returned to us after being shipped to the wrong given address, we will attempt to reach out to the listed customer for the correct shipping address. NEW shipping and handling fees will be applied and be charged to the original form of payment when the shippment is re-sent to the correct address.  We will attempt to reach out via email & or by phone a total of three times, after three failed attempts, we will return the product to inventory. 

Shipping prices are directly influenced by the pricing of the USPS. They are subject to increase.
