For this service, we will meet in person at our office location. At the time of service, a valid form of ID will be required for each signer; (example of valid forms of Identification: Driver's License, Government issued ID, Passport, or Current Work Badge with Full name & Photo). 

If you need the document(s) printed prior to the signing, you will purchase the Print Add On service, email the documents @ blwbllc@bellows.life  

Document(s) CANNOT be signed prior to presenting them to me, you MUST sign the document(s) in my presence. NO EXCEPTIONS. Every person who signature is required on the document MUST be present at the time of Notarization.
